ORTY SPORTS values the trust and satisfaction of its customers. All our products are carefully checked before shipping, ensuring the best possible experience. However, if the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund according to the conditions below.
1. Application Deadline
The customer has 7 calendar days after receiving the order to request a return and refund, provided the product has not been used. and retain its original characteristics.
After this deadline, it will not be possible to accept refund or return requests.
2. Conditions for Reimbursement

3. Refund Processing
After our team receives and analyzes the product, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days , via the same payment method used for the purchase (card, PayPal, MB Way, etc.).
If the customer has already made an exchange, it will not be possible to request a new exchange or refund.
A confirmation will be sent by email once the process is complete.
4. Shipping Costs

5. Customized or Made-to-Order Products
Models produced made to order or customized (such as specific sizes, special colors, or limited editions) They are not eligible for a refund , except in cases of duly proven manufacturing defects.
