Exchange and Return Policy – Orty Sports

All products sold by Orty Sports are inspected and tested by the manufacturer before shipment. They are only shipped after passing all quality control processes.

Returns

The customer can request a product return within 7 consecutive days from the date of receipt , provided that the item has not been used and be in the same condition as when it was delivered, including the original packaging.

Exchange due to Manufacturing Defect

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer also has a period of time to... 7 consecutive days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.

In order for the situation to be analyzed, it is necessary to send images in good resolution that clearly demonstrate the defect. After analysis and validation by our team, the customer will be contacted to replace the product or refund the amount paid.

Exclusions

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products purchased with discounts, outlet items, promotional campaigns, or clearance sales

  • Products customized made to order

  • Products that feature Signs of use

  • We only carry out One exchange per purchase . If the customer requests a second exchange for the same order, This will not be accepted .

This policy complies with the provisions set forth in Decree-Law No. 24/2014 , of February 14, relating to contracts concluded at a distance and outside commercial establishments.
